CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

This product is warranted by Newlite Elevators Pty Ltd to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.  It is non transferable and claims can only be made by the original purchaser.  The company (Newlite Elevators Pty Ltd) during the period of the warranty, will at its discretion and subject to the conditions stated herein, repair or replace without charge this product or any component part, which upon examination by the company is found to be defective.

Cost of returning the product to Newlite Elevators Pty Ltd for the purposes of the warranty claim, is the responsibility of the original purchaser.

Cost of returning the product to the original purchaser after repair or replacement under warranty conditions, will be the responsibility of Newlite Pty Ltd.
